How To Order
Placing an order
D-Gen is pleased to supply
products to all customers on a prepaid basis.
D-Gen will be pleased to
consider opening a credit account of net 30 days to all customers, subject to a
satisfactory credit application. D-Gen welcomes new accounts and will process
orders on a prepaid basis whilst a credit account is being established. New
accounts are set up with a minimum amount of paperwork. To open a credit account
please fill out our credit account application form online and email it to us.

To avoid duplication, please mark your paperwork or email ‘Confirmation Only -
Do Not Duplicate'. Please include the D-Gen Quotation Number if applicable.

Note that no contract for the purchase of any goods will be formed until D- Gen
has issued a written confirmation of order acceptance.

D-Gen will be pleased to
provide pricing discounts for large orders. Please email
sales@d-gen.co.uk for a quotation.
Invoicing
D-Gen will accept orders
and payments in GB Pounds.
Minimum Billing
None
Shipping and storage
Depending on the products
and destinations the company uses appropriate shipping methods and a variety of
carriers.
For overseas customers if an import license is required for
importation from the UK into your country please send us a copy of this by
fax/post if possible. We will include this with the goods to speed up customs
clearance.
Products must be stored in
accordance with product insert instructions immediately on receipt.
Retention of Title
All goods sold by D-Gen
remain the property of D-Gen until payment is made in full.
Product Returns
Before returning any item,
please contact sales@d-gen.co.uk to get
an Authorised Return (AR) number and shipping address. The designated AR number
should then be marked on the outside of the return package. To avoid processing
delays, please be sure to include:
Purchase order number and
invoice number , Your name, address and telephone number and Reason for wanting
to return product.
Goods which are incorrectly
ordered must also be returned in accordance with the above procedure. The
product and its original packaging must be undamaged and must include all
product inserts/documentation. Unless this procedure is followed, full credit
will not be given.
We will accept no
cancellations in respect of goods that have been manufactured, customised or
modified to customers' specific requirements, or those that have been bought in
specifically at the request of a customer.
